Concept and design development of alterations & additions to existing house in Duntaw Close, Constantia in association with architect Andrew Nimmo. Scope of work comprised a new artist studio, guest suite and garage, reconfigured driveway and new pedestrian entrance, as well as alterations to existing house providing new indoor entertainment area, laundry and guest bathroom. Currently under construction.
